Description

This module provides students with a wide understanding of the history and evolution of French law private law in different areas such as contract law, torts and others. It is designed to attract students' awareness on the contemporary legal issues and future challenges faced by French law as well as giving them the opportunity to perfect their writing and oral legal skills throughout lectures and seminars.
